• Lead the design, development, and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Perform advanced customizations, enhancements, and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions following best practices
• Customize Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, ensuring code quality and best practices
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
• Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Manage deployment processes, including sandbox management, production releases, and release management
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and AI capabilities
• 5+ years as a Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce declarative tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security concepts
• Proven experience in custom integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and data migration
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular preferred)
• Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications; Salesforce Administrator certification
• Einstein AI, Agentforce and/or Tableau+ certifications
• Experience with Lightning Experience, LWC, and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to Salesforce AppExchange products and third-party solutions
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams using tools like JIRA
