• Design and deliver features across the full stack — Vue 3, Node.js, MongoDB
• Own code quality through reviews, standards, and refactoring
• Define system architecture for new features and third-party integrations
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure deployment stability
• Lead sprint ceremonies: planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Break down product requirements into engineering tasks and assign work appropriately
• Track and report delivery progress; flag blockers early
• Support hiring: conduct technical interviews and evaluate candidates
• Act as the primary technical contact for product, operations, and leadership
• Translate technical constraints and timelines for non-technical stakeholders
• Document decisions, architecture, and processes clearly
• Conduct 1-on-1s and provide structured feedback to team members
• Guide junior and mid-level developers on best practices and career growth
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices
• Strong hands-on experience in Vue.js 3 including Composition API, Pinia, Vue Router, and component architecture
• Strong hands-on experience in Node.js with Express.js or Fastify, REST API design, async/await, JWT and OAuth2
• Production-level MongoDB experience including schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines, and Mongoose
• Experience leading a team of 5 or more developers in an Agile environment
• At least 1-2 years in a Lead or Senior role
• Git workflows including branching strategies, PR discipline, and GitFlow
• CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions or equivalent; basic Docker knowledge
• AWS fundamentals with EC2 and S3 exposure; EKS or ECS experience is a plus
• Ability to take end-to-end ownership of delivery
• Experience in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical mentoring
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Line management experience with 1-on-1s, feedback, and performance management
• Mentoring experience with mid-to-senior level developers
• Participation in hiring and candidate evaluation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• Prior experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or B2B SaaS products is preferred
