• Strong Product Development Profile from established Beauty / Personal Care / Skincare / Cosmetics brands • Important (Experience 1): Must have 4+ years of total experience in product development, with at least 2+ years in the beauty / personal care / skincare / cosmetics industry (brand or manufacturing unit). • Important (Category Exclusion): Profiles limited to adjacent sub-categories only, surfactants, perfume/fragrance, natural/organic-only, or baby care, will not be considered. • Important (Experience 2): Must have genuine end-to-end NPD experience, ideation, formulation, development, testing, vendor coordination, commercialisation, and launch, working with formulation partners and third-party manufacturers, and leading trials, testing cycles, and quality enhancements. Formulation-only profiles will not be considered. • Important (Market Insight): Must be well-versed in current skincare market trends, consumer insights, ingredients, and innovations, able to speak confidently about where the market is moving. • Important (Skill 1): Must have experience with packaging development, evaluating materials, aesthetics, and cost efficiency, and working with packaging vendors through sampling and finalisation. • Important (Skill 2): Must have strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration (sourcing, marketing, design, regulatory, manufacturing), with project management to run multiple launches simultaneously while managing timelines, costing, and production readiness. • Important (Compliance): Must have experience ensuring regulatory, safety, and quality compliance, and maintaining product documentation, specifications, and certifications. • Important (Company): Must come from an established skincare or beauty D2C brand (skincare experience strongly Primary). • Important (Profile fit): Must be a hands-on, technical NPD profile (not a marketing-led NPD profile), with strong communication and the confidence and presence to operate as a Lead / Senior Executive. • Primary (Education): Degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
