• Strong Senior Backend / Tech Lead Profiles • Important (Experience 1) – Must have 7+ years of overall software development experience with strong expertise in backend and full-stack application development. • Important (Experience 2) – Must have minimum 3+ years of recent experience leading engineering teams. • Important (Experience 3) – Must have strong hands-on experience in Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript with the ability to build scalable full-stack applications. • Important (Experience 4) – Must have strong experience working with Kafka / RabbitMQ • Important (Experience 5) – Must have experience designing and architecting SaaS-based applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Important (Experience 5) – Must have hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub/GitLab, and modern DevOps practices. • Important (Experience 6) – Must have strong database experience with PostgreSQL and either MongoDB or Redis. • Primary (Experience 1) – Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), omnichannel platforms, contact center products, or dialer solutions. • Primary (Experience 2) – Experience with Asterisk, Kamailio, FreeSWITCH, SIP, WebRTC, or autodialer platforms will be an added advantage. • Primary (Experience 3) – Exposure to AI/ML, NLP, Speech-to-Text, LLMs, speech analytics, or AI-powered customer engagement products is a plus.
