• Strong Senior Accountant Profile with hands-on experience in a small-cap listed company (BSE/NSE) and stock-exchange compliance • Important (Experience 1): Must have 6+ years of total accounting experience, with at least 3+ years in a small-cap company listed on BSE / NSE (or an equivalent recognized stock exchange). • Important (Experience 2): Must have independently managed the books of accounts and financial reporting of a listed entity, in line with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS). • Important (Experience 3): Must have practical experience preparing quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial results and submitting them to the stock exchange within regulatory timelines. • Important (Experience 4): Must have experience coordinating with statutory, internal, and secretarial auditors for audits and limited reviews. • Important (Experience 5): Must have experience finalizing accounts (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow) and overseeing taxation (GST, TDS, income tax computations, assessments, and filings). • Important (Experience 6): Must have experience working with the Company Secretary / Compliance Officer on board meetings, financial disclosures, and regulatory filings, and liaising with merchant bankers, registrars, and share transfer agents. • Important (Skill 1): Must have strong working knowledge of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, Companies Act 2013, and other regulatory frameworks applicable to listed companies. • Important (Skill 2): Must have sound knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS, direct and indirect taxation, and statutory audit processes. • Important (Skill 3): Must have strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, able to supervise/mentor junior staff and work under strict regulatory deadlines. • Important (Tools): Must be proficient in ERP systems (Tally) with advanced MS Excel skills. • Important (Company): Public listed companies • Important (Education): Must have a Bachelor's or Master's in Commerce / Accounting; CA (Inter/Qualified) or CMA Primary. • Primary: Familiarity with investor relations / analyst reporting; ability to work directly with the CFO and board-level stakeholders on financial governance; experience supporting investor communication and earnings disclosures
