• Strong SFTP / MFT Profile with hands-on Globalscape EFT expertise and secure file-transfer troubleshooting • Important (Experience 1): Must have 4+ years of experience in Network Security / Secure File Transfer, with hands-on experience on Globalscape EFT (Enhanced File Transfer) MFT/SFTP platforms. • Important (Experience 2): Must have experience providing L2 support for Globalscape SFTP/MFT (incidents, requests, problem tickets), monitoring services for availability, performance, and SLA compliance. • Important (Experience 3): Must have experience with user provisioning, key management, and access-control administration, and onboarding new partners/clients and configuring file-transfer workflows. • Important (Experience 4): Must have experience coordinating with L3/engineering for escalations, root-cause analysis, and major incidents, and supporting patching, upgrades, and configuration changes. • Important (Tech skill 1): Must have strong knowledge of SFTP, FTPS, SCP, and HTTPS file-transfer protocols, and key-based authentication (SSH keys, PGP encryption). • Important (Tech skill 2): Must have familiarity with firewalls, proxies, and network security fundamentals, with strong troubleshooting skills for connectivity, authentication, and transfer failures. • Important (Skill 1): Must have experience ensuring adherence to security policies and compliance (encryption, authentication, audit logs), and participating in change management for secure, controlled implementation. • Important (Skill 2): Must have an understanding of incident, change, and problem management (ITIL), and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and SOPs. • Important (Domain): Banking-industry experience Primary; strong candidates with the same technical experience from another industry are acceptable. • Important (Note): Must be comfortable with a 24/7 rotational shift environment at the client site (IDFC Bank, Airoli, Navi Mumbai) • Important (Communication): Must have good communication and stakeholder-management skills. • Primary (Skills): Automation/scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Bash); file-transfer integrations with enterprise applications (ERP, banking, trading); audit/compliance familiarity (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOX); exposure to other MFT platforms (Axway, TIBCO, IBM Sterling).
